COVID-19 Policy

We are continuously monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19.

Filtration and sanitization: We use four-stage HEPA air filtration systems in all of our therapy rooms and waiting room. These filters reduce up to 99.7% of particles .3 microns and larger in the air. Surfaces are sanitized regularly throughout the week.

Masking: Therapists are currently masking based on the comfort level of their clients. They will also mask at their own discretion if they believe they may have been exposed to illness (e.g., after being in a crowded arena, travelling, being near someone who was ill, etc.). We will return to mandatory masking if COVID-19 levels/variant severity increase. Free masks are available in the waiting room for use during sessions.

Online sessions: We offer therapy both in person and online. Many people use a combination of these modalities for their services. If you are feeling ill, have been recently exposed, or have other concerns about illness you may opt to meet with your therapist online rather than in person. This can be temporary (for as little as one session), or permanent. Likewise, your sessions could be moved online if your therapist is feeling ill or has been exposed to illness.

Our current policy is subject to change. We may move to mandatory masking or online-only sessions if the COVID-19 situation worsens. Please talk to us if you have concerns about this.
